493. Attorney Ramon Mateo ROCO was born on May 23 1946 in Naga City. He was educated between 1952 and 1958 in Naga Parochial Elementary School. He was educated between 1958 and 1962 in Ateneo De Naga. Totoy, as Ramon is called, studied high school and college at the Ateneo de Naga. He was educated between 1962 and 1966 in University of Nueva Caceres. Totoy took up law at the UNC in Naga City.

He was married to Mrs. Maria Daisy IMPERIAL on Mar 2 1968 in Naga City. Mrs. Maria Daisy IMPERIAL was born on Feb 24 1947 in Naga City. Attorney Ramon Mateo ROCO and Mrs. Maria Daisy IMPERIAL had the following children :
