55. Assemblyman Angel ROCO was born in 1865. He was a Clerk of the Branch House in Legaspi of Gutierrez Brothers in 1901 in Legaspi, Albay. Angel was Clerk of Gutierrez Brothers in the firm's Branch House in Legaspi in 1901 as listed in the Commercial Directory of Manila of 1901. He was employed there simultaneously with his cousin Jose del Castillo and future cousin-in-law, Jose Icsiar. He was a Fiscal of Albay in 1913 in Albay. He was elected as Assemblyman of the Commonwealth Government in 1915 in Albay.

He was married to Delfina THOMAS.
