1363. Eli Paolo FRESNOZA was born on Aug 26 1980 in Perpetual Succour Hospital, Manila. He is also known as Paolo. He studied at Claret School of Quezon City and completed his high school diploma at Templeton Secondary in Vancouver, BC, Canada. His undergrad is Tourism Management from Capilano College in North Vancouver. He completed his Master's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of the Philippines.

He is a world traveller having travelled in Europe, South East Asia, Japan, Canada and the US, and has recently worked in Australia. He is also an active musician who plays in various bands and undertakes freelance music recording and productions.

He was married to Iona SANTOS on Dec 12 2012 in Pinto Museum, Antipolo, Rizal. Iona SANTOS was born on Dec 27 1981.
