681. Ramon Mateo ROCO⁴ was born on 23 May 1946 in Naga City. He was educated between 1952 and 1958 in Naga Parochial Elementary School. He was educated between 1958 and 1962 in Atene de Naga. Ramon was educated between 1962 and 1966 in University of Nueva Caceres. Totoy, as Ramon is called, studied high school and college at theAteneo de Naga.
Totoy took up law at the UNC in Naga City.

Ramon Mateo ROCO and Maria Daisy IMPERIAL were married on 2 March 1968 in Naga City. Maria Daisy IMPERIAL⁴ was born on 24 February 1947 in Naga City.

Ramon Mateo ROCO and Maria Daisy IMPERIAL had the following children:
