Victoria ROCO and Alexander PEÑA were married on 30 July 1983 in Proj 3, Quezon City. Alexander PEÑA was born on 23 August 1957 in San Juan. He was an Operations Manager.

Victoria ROCO and Alexander PEÑA had the following children:
