Lafracion ROCO and Felicisimo TAROG were married. Felicisimo TAROG was born on 27 February 1911 in Jose Panganiban, Camarines Norte. He died on 9 May 1998 at the age of 87. He is also known as Feling. He was the chief foreman at Philippine Iron Mines in Larap, Jose Panganiban
