Margarita VILLAVICENCIO and Toto MORTEL were married. Toto MORTEL² was born on 15 March 1961. He was an Art Director for one of the movie studios in Los Angeles. He was educated high school in de la Salle Greenhills. Toto was educated Architecture in University of Sto. Thomas. He was educated Fine Arts in University of the Philippines.
